Kilian Paris Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.
We accept returns for products purchased from bykilian.com only, and all returns are inspected upon return. Products purchased from bykilian.com must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 60* days from date of purchase. Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). promotional item(s). If you are returning a gift order and do not want the refund to be issued to the original form of payment, please chat with us. Please note: Engraved items, and items noted as final sale or not-returnable are not eligible for exchange or return. Kilian Paris eGift Cards are issued by ELC Brands Management Inc. and sold by its third-party partner, CashStar, and thus cannot be exchanged or returned to Kilian Paris . All Kilian Paris eGift Card purchases are subject to CashStar’s return policies. Shipping and delivery fees are not refundable. bykilian.com monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.
*Refunds for returns received after 60 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of bykilian.com. If issued in these instances, bykilian.com has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of an electronic gift card or a refund check.
For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment. If the payment was split between a bykilian.com gift card and credit card, debit card, or bank-issued gift card, the credit is applied to the credit card, debit card, or bank issued gift card first. If a balance remains to be credited, it will be applied to the Kilian Paris eGift Card.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Return Instructions
Please contact us at 1-866-262-2402 or via live chat for assistance. Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address.
1. Print It: Print the free return label from your email.
2. Pack It: Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
3. Ship It: Take the package to any UPS location or request a pickup by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS (subject to UPS fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.
Exchange Instructions
If you would like to exchange a product(s), simply return the eligible unwanted product(s). A refund will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. You may then place a new order for the product(s) you wish to purchase at any time.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance via CHAT or via phone at 1-866-262-2402. If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of damage, handle with care to take a photo of damaged item(s), and then safely discard of the damaged contents.
Note: Kilian Paris monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Kilian Paris reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.

For the most up-to-date delivery information, please track your shipment using the tracking number that is included in your shipping confirmation.

Orders are processed & shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States. If your order is placed after the shipping cut-off time, it’ll be processed the following business day. Our distribution centers are closed on the following U.S. holidays and orders won’t be processed on these days:

Shipping Information
- A signature may be required upon delivery for Overnight and 2nd Day shipments. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day. Please select the option that best suits your delivery needs during “Checkout”.
- PLEASE NOTE: all purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.
Shipping Address Disclaimer
- At this time, Kilian Paris Online is unable to ship to more than one address within a single order. Please place a separate order for each designated shipping address and make sure to verify that the address details are accurate to avoid any errors or delays in shipping.
Electronic Delivery
- Kilian Paris Online Online eGift Cards are delivered via email. The sender’s name and email address are included for the recipient.
Rules & Restrictions
- Some items sold by Kilian Paris Online require special handling as specified by federal, state, and/or local regulations governing the transport of these items. In addition, the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible.
Forwarding
- Kilian Paris Online is not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. Kilian Paris Online is not responsible for providing a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to ship product(s) to a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. Damage must be reported prior to the forwarding company accepting the package. Once a package is received by a forwarding company, it is the responsibility of the forwarding company.
Lost or Missing Orders
If the tracking information for your package is confirmed delivered, and you are unable to locate the delivered package please:
- 1. Check with neighbors and family members
- 2. Look around the delivery location
- 3. Check for notice of attempted delivery
- 4. Contact the carrier directly who can assist further

- Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days. Orders shipped to U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Overnight and 2nd Day Priority shipping methods are not available for certain locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Territories.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
- Most items may be shipped to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses, but some restrictions apply as explained in Shipping Restrictions. Kilian Paris Online currently ships to the following APO/FPO/DPO locations:

- • AE – Armed Forces Europe
- • AP – Armed Forces Pacific
- Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days with Standard Shipping. APO/FPO/DPO addresses are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order’s ship date. Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot be shipped by Overnight or 2nd Day Shipping methods.
