Kilian Paris Online Return Policy
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to refund your purchase price if the return complies with our return policy.
We accept returns for products purchased from Kilian Paris Online only, and all returns are inspected upon return. Products purchased from Kilian Paris Online must be returned in new or gently used condition and within 60* days from date of purchase. Additionally, returns of items that qualified for a free promotional item(s) must be returned with the free promotional item(s). Please note: Items noted as final sale or not-returnable, gift cards, and electronic gift cards are not eligible for exchange or return. Kilian Paris Online monitors return activity and reserves the right to deny returns that, in its sole discretion, do not meet the return policy requirements, in instances of abuse, or for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of non-receipt.
*Refunds for returns received after 60 days are not guaranteed and will be made at the sole discretion of Kilian Paris Online. If issued in these instances, Kilian Paris Online has the right to provide the refunded amount in the form of an electronic gift card or a refund check.
For items returned within our returns policy, the purchase price will be refunded to the original form of payment. If the payment was split between a Kilian Paris Online gift card and credit card, debit card, or bank issued gift card, the credit is applied to the credit card, debit card, or bank issued gift card first. If a balance remains to be credited, it will be applied to the Kilian Paris Online gift card.

Please note: Items noted as final sale or not-returnable, gift cards, and electronic gift cards are not eligible for exchange or return.

Our Online Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a free return label, return instructions and the return shipping address. If you received the item as a gift or wish to exchange it for another item, directions will be provided. Only products purchased on bykilian.com may be returned.
Print the label from your email.
Carefully pack items into the box. Seal the box and affix the prepaid label to the outside.
Take the package to any UPS location or request a pickup by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICKUPS (subject to UPS fees). Full instructions are included in the return label email.

Bykilian.com orders are shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Orders shipped via Standard Service are processed and shipped in 1 - 2 business days, depending on product availability. Most 2nd day and Overnight orders placed by 2PM ET will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on product availability. Expedited orders that contain products which are regulated for transport require extra handling and may be shipped the following business day.
Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are delivered within 6-14 business days. APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories are delivered within 14-21 business days of the order's ship date. Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.
Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
Orders with overnight or 2nd Day Service will be shipped the same day if placed by 2:00 PM EST.
Orders with Overnight or 2nd Day Service require a signature upon delivery.
Orders destined for U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO locations are not eligible for Overnight or 2nd Day Service.
We are currently unable to accept orders to be billed or shipped to destinations outside the U.S. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Some items sold by Kilian Paris Online require special handling as specified by federal, state and local regulations governing the transport of these items. The method of shipment for these items is dictated by these regulations. At Kilian Paris Online, we comply with these regulations therefore the shipment of some products to certain locations may not be possible. If this affects your order, we regret any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. If you wish to provide a physical address in the United States to which we can deliver, we will be happy to ship your full order.
SHIPMENTS TO FORWARDING COMPANIES
Kilian Paris Online is not responsible for damage, defect, material difference, or loss that occurs to goods delivered to a forwarding company. This means that Kilian Paris Online is not responsible to provide a replacement or refund for any goods delivered to a forwarding company. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we recommend requesting the forwarder refuse any packages that arrive damaged. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder.
Shipments to APO/FPO/DPO and PO BOX Addresses
Most items may be shipped to a P.O. Box or Military APO/FPO addresses, but some restrictions apply. Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day Service) are not available for orders being sent to P.O. Boxes or Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
For APO/FPO/DPO Addresses
Enter APO, FPO or DPO in the CITY field. Select AE for Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa or Canada; Select AA for Armed Forces Americas; Select AP for Armed Forces Pacific - in the STATE field. COUNTRY field should remain UNITED STATES, regardless of where the recipient is stationed.
Shipments TO U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii
Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Territories*, but some restrictions apply. See shipping rules and restrictions. Priority shipping methods (Overnight or 2nd Day service) are not available for certain locations in Alaska and Hawaii and the U.S. Territories. When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside and contact us immediately for assistance via CHAT or via phone at 1-866-262-2402. If you are unable to retain the contents due to the extent of damage, handle with care to take a photo of damaged item(s), and then safely discard of the damaged contents.
Note: Kilian Paris Online monitors claims of lost, missing, wrong and damaged items for abuse. Lost, missing, wrong and damaged items must be reported immediately upon receipt of the shipment, and any damaged, wrong, missing items must be retained (including the shipper). Kilian Paris Online reserves the right to limit or deny the reshipment or credit of an order/item in all instances.
