LYRE'S WHISKEY ALCOHOL-FREE • 5 cl
CARROT SYRUP - CUMIN • 5 cl
PATCHOULI HYDROLAT • 1 cl
VIOLET LIQUEUR • 0.5 cl

STEPS

1 Prepare carrot syrup: in a saucepan of 150g of water, add 150g of sugar, then wait until it is dissolved. Peel 140g of orange carrot and cut it roughly into 5 milimeters cubes. Add the pieces to the saucepan and let it infuse for 18 hours. Recover the syrup by filtering with a fine sieve.

2  Cool the cocktail glass down with ice cubes. In a mixing glass add all the ingredients then ice cubes. Stir for 10 seconds with a mixing spoon.

3 Pour into the cocktail glass without the ice and garnish!
